Inspection Fees
The standard home inspection fee is based on several factors. They include square footage, age, location, features, and any other inspection services requested by the client.
The standard fee usually ranges between $375 - $625 with the average inspection fee costing $475.
We accept various forms of payments, to include cash, check, PayPal and most major credit cards. Please add a 3.25% administration fee for all credit/debit card payments.
Client Notice:
The lowest priced inspector is not necessarily the best (or the most reliable). The inspector’s qualifications, experience, training, are all important. Ultimately the inspector’s commitment to providing the best possible inspection should be a priority when selecting a home inspector. A client should also call TREC at (512) 936-3000 and verify that the inspector has an active license in good standing (with no history of disciplinary actions). The inspector should also have General Liability and/or Errors & Omissions insurance.
